The human body is a beautiful and intricate machine. One seemingly simple movement can be accomplished in many different ways, using different combinations of muscles. If exercises are done improperly, they greatly increase the likelyhood of causing injury and /or being ineffective. A good personal trainer can help you learn to move your body properly, not just in the gym, but in life!

My approach is holistic. The mind leads most endeavors, and fitness is no different. I help my clients find the physical activities which will not only make them look good and feel amazing, but will also feed the soul. This is vitally important. Being active shouldn't be a miserable experience. If it is, your doing the wrong thing.
